Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Avowex (the "Service"), operated by Renovatio Intl, Inc. ("Avowex", "we", "us"). By creating an account, calling the API, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Avowex is the trust layer for AI agents: you wrap a risky agent action in a human-in-the-loop check (escalate → resolve → resume), and every decision is recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail. You are responsible for your own AI agents, the actions they take, and the consequences of those actions. Avowex provides the review-and-record layer; it does not operate, host, or train your agents.
2. Accounts & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind your organization.
3. Plans, usage & billing
The Free plan includes up to 500 resolved transactions per calendar month. Paid plans are usage-based: $1.50 per resolved escalation, billed monthly via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
4. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
5. Data & consent
Mode A (your own approvers) data is tenant-isolated and never pooled. Only redacted Mode-B judgments may be used to improve our resolver, and only where you have granted consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights in your data and content. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service and, where consented, to train our resolver on redacted Mode-B judgments.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Avowex is a review-and-audit tool and is not a substitute for your own legal, compliance, or risk obligations. We do not guarantee any specific automation rate, reviewer availability, or outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avowex and Renovatio Intl, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. Your audit records may be retained as required for integrity and compliance.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. The Service is governed by the laws of the State of [your state], excluding conflict-of-law rules. Update this placeholder with your governing jurisdiction.
