This Privacy Policy explains how Renovatio Intl, Inc. ("Avowex", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Avowex Service. Renovatio Intl, Inc. is the data controller.

What we collect

Account data: organization name, contact email, plan, and API key metadata.
Escalation context: the structured, non-sensitive context you send so a human can review an agent action (you control what you send; avoid sending secrets).
Decisions & audit: the approve/reject/edit decision, who made it, and a hash-chained audit record.
Usage & billing: metered resolution counts and payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

The two data planes

Avowex enforces a strict separation. Mode A (your own approvers, e.g. sensitive approvals) is tenant-isolated and never pooled or used to train any model. Mode B (the Avowex reviewer pool) passes through a mandatory redaction gate that strips PII and abstracts content; only those redacted judgments may, with your consent, improve our resolver. We learn judgment patterns, not your secrets.

How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, meter usage, maintain the audit trail, provide support, and (only with consent, and only on redacted Mode-B data) improve our resolver.

Sub-processors

We rely on vetted providers including Stripe (payments), Render (hosting/database), and optional notification providers you configure (e.g. Slack, Twilio, email/SMTP). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Security

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest via managed keys, per-tenant isolation, short retention on raw inputs, and a tamper-evident audit log. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents as required.

Retention & your rights

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and audit-integrity purposes. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, export of, or deletion of your data. Audit records may be retained to preserve chain integrity.

International, children, cookies

The Service is not directed to children under 16. The marketing site may use minimal cookies/analytics. Data may be processed in the United States.
