Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Avowex, operated by Renovatio Intl, Inc. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
You may not use Avowex to
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Review, approve, or facilitate actions that are illegal, fraudulent, or intended to harm others — including the creation of weapons, malware, CSAM, or targeted harassment.
- Send us secrets, credentials, full payment card data, or unnecessary sensitive personal data in escalation context.
- Attempt to access other tenants' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent security, rate limits, or the redaction gate.
- Abuse, deceive, or attempt to identify the Avowex reviewer pool, or use the Service to harass reviewers.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted in writing.
Fair use & integrity
Don't overload the API beyond your plan, generate artificial usage to game metering or the resolver, or tamper with audit records. We may apply rate limits and investigate anomalous activity.
Reporting
Report abuse or security issues to support@avowex.com. We may modify this AUP; continued use means acceptance.
